The WMBR Management Board is appointed by the General Manager to assist in the management of the station. The current members of the WMBR Management Board are listed below:

• General Manager  Benjamin Shanks
  Only elected position at WMBR. Must be a full time student at MIT. Responsible for all aspects of managing the radio station. The Management Board, and all other positions, are appointed by the General Manager.
  
• Comptroller  Lisa Gassaway
  Oversees the financial aspects of WMBR's operations.
  
• Program Director  Jack
  Responsible for determining the programming schedule and is responsible for the content of the programming that is broadcast on the air.
  
• Station Manager  Rebecca Nicodemus
  Responsible for the internal management of the station's facilities.
  
• Technical Director  William Kuhlman
  Maintains, repairs, and oversees operation of all technical equipment at the station.
  
• Volunteer Work Coordinator  Josiah Schwab
  Coordinates volunteer work opportunities.
  
• World Music Director  Julia Goldrosen
  Responsible for acquiring new world music.

  Responsible for acquiring new comedy and spoken word recordings.

  Responsible for the facilities of WMBR.
  
• Folk Director  Bruce Sylvester
  Responsible for acquiring new folk music.

  Manages and oversees WMBR's annual fundraising drive.

  Responsible for acquiring new jazz music.

  Responsible for scheduling engineers and announcers for Nite Owl time slots.
  
• Office Manager  Nancy Masley
  Maintains the office, and stocks office supplies.
  
• Production Director  Joan Hathaway
  Responsible for the quality and organization of recorded material and assists other engineers with audio production.
  
• Program Guide Editor  Angelynn Grant
  Designs and oversees printing and distribution of WMBR's program guide.
  
• Promotions Directors  Joanie Lindstrom, Douglas Gesler, Sara Josephson, Marie Recupero
  Organizes and manages the giving away of free tickets to our listeners.
  
• PSA Director  Keith Sawyer
  Handles all Public Service Announcements, written and recorded.

  Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the Record Library.
  
• Recruitment Director  Dan Wheeler
  Responsible for recruiting new MIT students.
  
• Soda Person  Yves Dehnel
  Stocks WMBR's soda machine.

  Coordinates training and testing of engineers.

  Supports the WMBR website and is generally responsible for the computers and network at WMBR.
